What you need:
Fire
Potjie (dutch oven)
Beef short rib
Red wine
Beef stock
Patti pans
Mushrooms
Onions
Garlic
Celery
Carrots
Salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, thyme
Potatoes
Cream
Butter
