does the NUKI smart lock overhang the door handle fascia at the lock or does it sit flush against the door itself? The shot was so fast in your video wasn't clear but it looks like there's a gap between the back of the NUKI and the door, is that right?

Yes, I want to know about this too. @0:40 the back panels shown are totally flat at the back, suggesting that, as far as euro locks are concerned, the lock will leave a gap at the back....which is naff.

😡🤬this Smart Lock Pro with integrated Wi-Fi does not work properly, it does not connect to Wi-F, I tried with various different devices and changed all the parameters, when it connects with difficulty, it disconnects and does not reconnect, it is unmanageable remotely, 289 Euros useless, only to manage it in front of the door in Bluetooth, I do not spend another 99 euros for an additional Bridge, it promises things that it does not do, it has a very poor internal Wi-Fi. disappointed I returned it.

It does. At least in my experience it does. I never had any issues with it and I have been using it for a year now. Maybe yours have a deffect or something. I'd encourage you to contact Nuki, since they have superb support.
