I had to stop by and thank you for the constant recommendation of Lune Feline. I finally decided to purchase it after finding it for a bargain on fragrancex. I wasn't sure if I would like it based on the fragrantica reviews but let me tell you it is amaaaazing! It's so addictive, sexy, and just yummy. @@perfeptions I can only afford one Guerlain fragrance. 🤣😂 Angelique Noire is the best summer gourmand, ever, and yet it never thinks to market itself as the solution for those of us who want that pretty vibe without resorting to being salty, minty, or citrus-based. That green angelica note keeps it from being cloying in the summer weather (like it is now where I live).

I personally love Vanilla Fields by Coty. It's my perfect blend of vanilla and woods and patchouli, my favorite. I think its perfect. And yes, it's cheap, but I have tried more expensive vanilla/woody perfumes, and Vanilla Fields is the only one that makes me smile when I spray it on. Love it.

You got me curious about Babycat. My favourite vanilla is Poison Girl edt, and the ultimate perfume with vanilla is L'Instant de Guerlain, most of the others fall flat and one-dimensional, this one smells like a perfume.

My favorite vanilla that gets no hype: Electimuss Imperium, and honorable mentions for that category would be Imaginary Authors Memoirs of a Trespasser and Lalique Le Parfum. Hyped vanillas that deserve it IMHO: Nishane Ani and, if it counts as a vanilla perfume, Guerlain Shalimar! 😍

Me again, the one who said there was no miss within your recommendations earlier. When I saw the thumbnail of this video, I got shocked. Because I thought you are going to recommend the Sol de Janeiro one which is hyped (pistachio), which I didn‘t like at all. It turns plasticy on me. But luckily you didn‘t :D now I have to try the 71 one. I also really like Eau Duelle, Material and Babycat. Still to try Lune Feline. What do you think about Crimson Rocks, Volutes and Vanilla Diorama? Vanilla Diorama is m current favourite. So nice if not oversprayed. I‘m also oddly drawn towards Lancome Idole Aura. It‘s not that outstanding but has something addictive to it. Creamy, beachy, clean salty vanilla.

For me Babycat smells a lot similar to Vanagloria by Laboratorio Olfattivo. Both of them are by Dominique Ropion and you can definitely sense his signature. To me Babycat is more sophisticated and polished to fit the YSL brand image. Vanaglaroia is a bit more daring and smoky but really addictive.

Hey I would love to suggest you checking out Chloe Vanilla Planifolia from their Atelier des Fleurs collection, such a fresh and lil spicy vanilla with a right amount of sweetness. It's similar to Diptyque Eau Duelle but maybe a bit more sparkling and radiant whereas diptyque is more deep and subtle. Btw. I love your channel !!!

the EDT of Eau Duelle is better imo, its a mature vanilla compared to the EDP that bothers on that sweet vanilla. It also lasts long in comparison to majority of Diptyque scents including their EDPs.

I love that you mentioned some of my favourites like Fire at Will and Cheroisa 71. Vanilla is definitely my favorite note these days. A few more I would like to mention are Indult Paris Tihota, Maison Mataha Escapade Gourmande, Ex Idolo Love & Crime (often compared to Lira but better), Ligne St. Barthe Vanille West Indies, Ahwaz Helwa, Royal Crown Sultan (a bit of resemblance to Vanilla Barka) and Jousset Accident a la Vanille (smells like custard). I can't wait to test out Jeroboam Insulo, VC&A Bois Dore and YSL Babycat!

I really don’t get Kayali 28. To me it has barely any scent at all. It doesn’t even live in the same street as vanilla fragrance notes. I was so disappointed, I could smell a tiny bit, but even that was not nice. I got it from Cult Beauty, so I don’t think it was a knock off, maybe my nose is broken? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Even the ever so popular Commodity Gold smelled like cat pi$$ (soz) to me. By Kilian Fragrances however rock my world, I’ll have to try woman in gold for sure. Favourite Vanilla so far is Tom Ford Black Orchid. Lots of 💖💖💖
