Royal Oud and Ganymede are mentioned a lot here. I never liked Royal Oud because it reminds me of an ashtray in a smoker's car. Ganymede meat sounds like a must try!

You or Someone Like you is not something over the top or special but for some reason I need it, I want it and I crave it. This is one of the few perfumes I enjoy wearing going to bed. My absolute favorite summer perfume. Again I don’t find it mind blowing but I will repurchase for sure. This perfume is special for not being special.

Creed Royal Oud ironically is somewhat of an under-the-radar, underrated fragrance. It's my #2 Creed, behind Bois du Portugal. Royal Oud may be the most occasion-appropriate fragrance for a royal coronation, such is its golden, regal vibe. And speaking of Bois du Portugal, the Parfums de Nicolai frag I would select is New York Intense, which is often compared to Bois du Portugal. I just ordered a bottle of it. As far as fig fragrances are concerned, I have Dior Dune Pour Homme and a sample decant of Diptyque Philisycos and Dolce&Gabbana K EDP. The first two are Green fig leaf and bark scents, the third has a bit of fig fruit/nectar/milk. I'm looking for more fig fruit heavy frags. And the current Ralph Lauren Polo Green smells fantastic. It's been my signature scent for over 10 years. I'm not sure about Vintage formulations, but the current bottles I have are great. And Houbigant Fougere Royale 2010 is great. As well as my "best smell" from Amouage, Bracken Man. Bracken Man is very similar to Fougere Royale but is even more photo realistically fougere.

It is interesting how different we are all.. I agree with some of your picks and some not so much, like for some reason I don’t quite love You or Someone Like You even though I love mint as well . I am in agreement about Carnicure- maybe I will wear it today! Here are some of mine: Imperial Oppoponax by Les Néréides, Alexandria2, Oud Palao, Ani, Hundred Silent Ways, Ambre Précieux, Ambre Loup, Amberland, Girl of Now, Blackbird by Olympic Orchids also their Dev2 is incredible, Fleur Poudrée de Musc from Les Néréides also, Infusion D’iris, BR540 and that’s all I can think of right now without looking at my collection:-)

I wouldn't classify Knize Ten as "Niche" since Knize is first and foremost a tailor and clothing brand and not a perfumer, so to me it would be more of a designer, just not very mainstream

Oh the technicalities sure it’s clothing but where are their clothes? Where can I buy them? At Luckyscent where Knize 10 is sold? Same with Jacques Fath they used to sell clothes but are strictly into releasing Fragrances now. And in my book most people think of Knize Ten as Fragrances not clothes.

I'm getting more and more confused about the term "niche" when watching your videos... What do you consider to be niche? More than half of the proclaimed "niche" fragrances aren't that special at all, Creed can for example be found in discount supermarkets in Europe, so can Tom Ford and other "niche" brands.
