Hi, i just want to say that im really thankful for your content! Im 20 and i just started my agency - i made only 7 cold calls, booked one meeting with solar panel business and already got my first client! Your videos are really helpful! But i didnt do it exactly the way i planned, because they offered they want to pay 3k for the first month and i will get pay only per client. Hi Jordan i have a question for you: how do you make the offer of for example "5 quote ready leads within 30 days or you dont pay" because you need to use the money they pay you for ad spend so do you just give them the service charge money back?

I didn’t catch exactly what you mean,but from what i can gather i can say that you only repay them back the amount the spend for your service, the fb ad costs is not in your business,this spend goes directly to meta and you are not responsible for repaying them about it.

Yes I watched those videos and he also uploaded his calls with the prospects. One of the prospects asked him the same question and he clarified that ad spend is going into the business or to the facebook so that's not refundable. The amount that he's charging for the service has the offer of 100% if 5 leads are not generated.

£500 for service, £500 for ad spend. All the advertising agency whichever have existed, they’ve either worked on commission + ad spend Or flat fee + ad spend In earlier days, you’d buy a space in a newspaper/radio (ad spend) and then pay for people to do the creatives and manage advertising.

I find it weird how you need to take steps such as "warming up" accounts, avoiding bans, and masking your ip etc. Its a service thats required so why dont they provide "marketing accounts" which allow greater numbers of emails and so forth.

You can use a software called Data Miner, its free. I used it to get 300 leads in my area alone. Didnt even search for my entire city yet
