Good advice, especially since I just started. I've made similar posts on most social media platforms and KZbin has the best reach for me. Laughably I posted 6 videos on Tik Tok and I don't know what i did to get shadow banned but they have between 0-6 views after a week. KZbin is nice because it doesn't immediately kill and bury your content like most social media after a few hours, once you post a video it's always up there and can always get recommended and show up in search.

I love your artwork, but as an artist myself, I've never purchased from you. It seems like you are putting out content that is not for your target market. It is wonderful stuff and I have learned so much from you but it seems the opposite of what this post is saying. However, you can't argue with success and I know you are doing well in your art business.Maybe it is worth it because youtube rewards you for views and subscribers?

Yes, I make KZbin videos that are not for my target market for selling art. I’m doing a KZbin channel not for selling art, but for educating artists. I sell e-books under the videos that are for artists, I also make money off the ads on the videos. So these are other revenue streams for an artist that one can do in addition to selling art. I don’t try to sell my art to my audience on KZbin though. I have in the past but now focus on educating on KZbin rather than selling. I sell art with other social media online. But also through in person events like art fairs.
