Yes if you’re in a fresh private server the donut shop will happen first. In public servers try going to the museum instead of the donut shop

robberies u can solo j store - 2.5k - 5.5k bank - 2.5k - 5k (depends on floor plane - 4k oil rig - 4k - 8k casino - 4k - 8k mansion (pretty hard to solo but possible) - 13k powerplant - 4k - 6k cargo train - 2k - 4k passenger train - 2k - 4k overall calculation: 57k for duffel owners and like 33k for non-duffel bag owners

a suggestion when grinding by urself is to never skip mansion because mansion gives the most and it's really easy
