So it has sensors so you have to clean the calcium build up with a soft metal brush and vinegar after that rinse and it works

That stinks... Had you noticed any leaking or if possibly any water dripped into the fan? I've read in forums that some have shorted out after water hit the electronics through the fan. I would recommend calling their customer service. It does take a while to get through but could be worth asking if they can do anything. babybrezza.com/pages/contact

Hi Carrie, I’ve noticed this occasionally over time too. It’s apparently caused by the water boiling over too fast due to the residual minerals on the plate from use. If you haven’t already, try cleaning the plate with vinegar and also try slightly less water, like just under the line. This may or may not help but it’s a start. -Dan

Ok. So I don't think people know this, but there is a heating element in the dryer and sometimes it doesn't work. Like we first used ours and it worked fine, then after like 10 days it stopped working. Now literally a month later it worked again. For how long, IDK. It drove me crazy bc nowhere can you find any information as to whether this product heats when drying. I don't even know why it started to work again. Considering bringing it back bc Baby Breeze hasn't contacted us back yet.
