Work on fast feet and speed for any sport with this training drill from SKLZ. Using the SKLZ Speed Chute for added resistance and the SKLZ Elevation Ladder, to improve your footwork and build speed.
How To Set up and Run this Training Drill:
1. Set up SKLZ Elevation Ladder.
2. While holding the SKLZ Speed Chute in hand, shuffle laterally through the Elevation Ladder.
3. Using your feet, switch to ladder and Icky Shuffle back. Keep the Speed Chute in your hand.
4. When you reach the end of the ladder, throw the SKLZ Speed Chute behind you and sprint hard.
5. Repeat
