Perhaps Sidious to Vader. Why? Well in a way he motivated his apprentice to do GOOD by overthrowing him by becoming as powerful as possible, and Vader actually killing him, no matter the way he did symbolises that he surpassed his master and became more powerful. Also by that act he saved his son and the galaxy. Sidious perfectly passed down the lesson he taught him decades ago about Darth Plagueies's death. That lesson changed the fate of the galaxy once for bad, but then for ultimate good and balance.

My favorite Star Wars character by a mile is Viridian, his audio book, is peaches. Mwah. Wunderbar. Kraz, my man, you deserve way more recognition and subscribers for this masterpiece level content you provide to us lucky few. I’d seriously argue that we take like say a quarter of Stupendous waves’ sups, and arguably 80% of Star Wars theory’s subs and land them right here, ehh fuck it, take all of theory’s lawl. Strictly my personal opinion: Theory was once the best, the pinnacle of anything Star Wars on KZbin, somewhere along the way he sacrificed his quality for quantity and became such a judgmental preachy man on a high horse, to he point I’ve asked KZbin to stop recommending his videos. It seems like he longer even makes those cinematic comic/story videos, instead only producing rage bait videos, “I can’t believe this”, “why’d they do that”, “more cameo content is what we need..” and let’s not forget “andor sucks- cause- ughh-- bricks..” Bricks, seriously.? You’ve got to be kidding me, in a MFing human centric GALAXY, I’m 200% sure that the humans, and other sentient creatures of the ancient ancient SWG had to fire mud and straw together into rectangular pieces, then stacked them, creating not just shelter but insulated shelter. (Theory does do fantastic voices though) My reasoning for stupendous wave is not as harsh, I cannot stand that man’s voice, fantastic videos, but it’s almost a chore to watch his, if he adds sound to his background footage, and have it play in a linear direction, similar to what Kazi has done, his quality would improve, but alas those two guys are so big that only quantity matters to them now, not quality or rewatchability. (That is my opinion of those two creators, I like stupendous, I can’t stand theory anymore.) I may offer a little advice Kazi, (which you should definitely ignore if it sucks)if you’re reading this, don’t ever stop having fun creating your videos, please don’t become a horse riding preacher of the one true way to Star Wars, and please please please never ever sacrifice the fantastic Quality of your content for quantity, I’d say if you run our of ideas, look at Quinn’s Ideas and possibly do something similar, cover all your favorites, and you’ll get a few of us interested in something brand new through the process I’m sure. Thank you for the effort you clearly have put into all your work, you’ve earned more than you currently have. I’ve been subscribed to you for like two or so years now it’s shocking that you have so few subs. I’ve rewatched your papa Palps videos at least three times for the simple fact that You are the ONLY creator who has all the Senate’s quotes together with your video essay, thank you for that gift alone.(I love doing impressions and sometimes I need a syntax refresher so I’ve come back to your videos for sure.) You’ve done absolutely stellar work my dude, just straight up stellar. Hope to see you at ten million subscribers in a few years. I know it’s an Obi-Wan video, but that little moment where Dooku expresses that he really wishes Qui Gon was there seemed so genuine, it’s either Sir Christopher Lee being an astonishing actor or Dooku being a phenomenal liar, either way it’s good stuff.

I think the Count wasn't lying. Yes, he was the sith lord Darth Tyrannus, but he still had a Jedi approach to many things, such as fighting and negotiating. I believe he really missed Qui-Gon and didn't want Obi-Wan to ally with him only to overthrow Darth Sidious and take his place, but to avenge his fallen apprentice as well.

It's actually confirmed by various canon sources that Qui-Gon's death was one of the primary motivaters in Dooku's turn to the dark side.

Dooku saw Qui gon as a son and as such even stated to Palpatine that he sees kenobi as a kind of grandson. Given everything Dooku is relatively honest and genuine, in comparison to most sith lords anyways. He cared about Ventress as well. A lifetime of being a Jedi was too hard to undo, his humanity never really left him

Is there a reason why you don´t integrate info´s from "The Clone Wars" Series ? I mean especially about Obi-Wan and his relationship to Satine and how he handles it shows interresting insight into him. In regards to Jango´s Answers, since he did know that the Clones are in the end to kill the Jedi´s his Answer "They do there Job, I garantee for it" is quite foreboding.

I've always noticed that in Episode 2 after Obi-Wan compliments Anakin in the transport. As soon as he says my young padawan, Anakin looks a bit disappointed because the way he addresses him feels a bit diminished when he mentions his title.

I absolutely love this series, it’s so spot on. Around 9:20 you said that Dooku never lied to Obi Wan, but he says that he doesn’t know of any bountyhunter on geonoises. I think that’s a lie, it shows that his intentions are not entirely pure and that he is consumed by the dark side. Even when his intentions were pure, and he would have had a chance if he had freed Obi wan right then and there, he chose to persue his own goals over the good of the republic.
