Don't send students to California! Reasons? 1. Widespread homelessness leading to crimes like assault and murder. 2. People living in the streets creating sanitation problems. 3. Outrageous cost of living. 4. Rampant political corruption. Prosecutors don't prosecute many criminals, so they run free to commit more crimes. 5. Oppressive taxes. 6. Constant environmental problems like wildfires brought about by poor resource management by environmental groups. 7. An insane governor hell-bent on pushing his state into a death spiral. 8. Frequent electrical service brownouts, again due to incompetent energy management by state government.

No the cost of living is still high. It's less than new york. Bt costlier than anything. In California only near bay It's costly. If u go far from main cities then california is cheaper and have cheaper universities. Although if u have budget of 50-70 lacs go for California bay states and new york. Succes rate is 90% there. Most in world. Bt money matters.
