Best Sticky Char Su Ribs Instant Pot then Grill or Oven!

Char Su Sticky Ribs with Instant Pot and Grill
These are some of the best ribs I have made or tasted in a long time!
Make the rub and rub it into the cut ribs as in the video. Put them in a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. I did them over night.
Follow the video, here are the ingredients.
Rub:
1 TBS salt or the two rubs below)
1 TBS Paprika (I used smoked)
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 TBS cracked pepper
1 tsp sumac
2 TBS Blackstone Whiskey Burger Seasoning (see below to purchase)
1TBS Cuisinart Maple Bacon Seasoning (see below to purchase)
Sauce:
¼ cup hoisin
¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup honey
2 TBS rice wine vinegar
2 TBS dark sweet soy sauce
1 TBS regular soy
Dash of sesame oil
Dash of crushed red pepper
2 TBS Chinese Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine)
1 tsp fish sauce
2 TBS sweet red bean paste (if you can’t find it omit, but it makes a lot of flavor and the red color.) Look below for link
¼ cup brown sugar or jaggery

I love all the interesting ingredients in the sauce. I love that brand of Chinese rice wine. I used to be able to find it easily now I have to go to Wegmans (the best supermarket!) It's further away but worth it. These ribs look so good.

Thanks Risa. I have to buy that Chinese wine at an Asian grocery, it is Asheville about 40 miles away. I love Wegmans when we go visit our kids in Longbranch I always go there. You are right, it is the best supermarket.

@@TheSassySpoon I wish we had a Wegmans in our neighborhood. I have to go either to Branchburg or Easton, PA to get my fix! Their produce can't be great and their International aisle has so many ethnicities to cook from. I wish they would build one closer.

@@risasklutteredkitchen1293 I know what you mean.! We have a store called Fresh Market here and I love it, but it is 30 miles from us. I do love Wegmans. They opened a store in NC, but it is in Raliegh, very far from us. My best friend, Nathalie Dupree lives there now, so I will be visiting her soon and we will go to Wegman's!
