My favorite is Sperlonga, but it's a bit far. A lot of families enjoy Santa Marinella and it's pretty easy to get there.

Fritzie, honestly most of these places are so "local" that they don't even have names. You really need to know where to go to taste some of the best street food in Rome. That's why I always recommend to do a food tour.

Thank you so much! Honestly, it's impossible to predict anything at this point. Rules change almost weekly and there is still tons of uncertainty. Usually, April is a wonderful month to come to Rome. We do get occasional rain though, but the weather is wonderful. I will keep you guys posted on everything!

Oh, finally someone showing supplì! A neglected delicious simple dish. The best supplì can be eaten obviously in Rome and Lazio region. Unfortunately is pretty hard to find a proper supplì outside that area. I love them. And, no, they're not like Sicilian arancini!

Anna, the best pizza marinara is made in a place that does not even have a name🙈 It's a hole-in-a-wall type of place and unless you are a local there is no way of finding it. That's why I always recommend to do a food tour to try the very best Rome has to offer.
