Mana suck commander touch+Min with destroyer set+ Jin Woo with one kill set. Low ultimate kd+high dmg and ulti acquirement. Works quite good for me. Also can you use the -kd from crushing blow (haven't tried it) guess you can spam it if you have enough Ultimate acquisition

The amount of people who don't get that this Tier list is based on the skill as a whole is insane. Runes, versatility, dmg, etc. You all have to consider how much value you'll get from the skill if you'll invest in it. It'd cost the same amount of resources to upgrade "Armor Break" and "Vital strike" but you won't use VS as often as you would use AB. Lvl80 Here, one of the tops at my server, I completely agree with your list.

I use liberation . that budha punch for 2x attack and 2x 3% attack increase . but still idk about with skill should i use , so thans for tips .

Hello, have a big question, I have completed Igris now I am 50 lvl have commanders touch rune but don't know how to use. Answee please anyone / someone. Information to all f2p players (I am f2p) by putting your jinwoo's Ssr weapons in armory you can increase your total battle power so do invest your gems..

Commander's touch should be used for mainly story or battle field of time as it has a huge aoe and does decent damage

When I ranked the skills it’s based off of all the runes so yes some runes may be good on the skills in the c tier but I just think that a lot the runes for those skills aren’t very good in my opinion however I can always be proven wrong and I’m open to that

Yes I know that it’s good for bosses I’ve used it many times for that it’s just in my opinion the rest of the runes for vital strike I personally don’t think are very good which I think I mention in the video which is why it’s C tier for me personally but I can be wrong of course

no, as a f2p player thats lvl 67 and 92k sjw power his tier list is very viable and correct, just because some dont agree doesnt mean its correct and believe me when i say his tier list is very good and i highly agree with it.

Everyone has differing opinions as we all have had a different experience in the game so this is just based off of my own experience and because I don’t have the resources to fully test everything I can only give my opinion based off of my own experience and understanding of each skill so it means I can be wrong about some things but it also means others can aswell so it’s important to form your own opinion aswell.
