Aside from the mobility side of things, which I don't think is something that a support needs, Floryn basically have it all. A stun, an area-ish kind of heal and a global heal that could double as extra damage. Those are solid skills to have for a support and she honestly have too many skills that makes her a very good support.pretty sure someone would go around using her as the tank when she gets released(that's if someone doesn't ban her).

They're 2 different types of healer . Floryn can heal allies everywhere with damage around them for 5 heals. While estes can heal everyone within the radius but with a sustain heal can be activated 3times if possible if its 40% CD with large amount of health . For me the best healer still be estes and great CC for his slow . While Floryn might be a great ganker support with stun but not as good heal on her 1st skill since it needs enemy to heal around its radius, just the ultimate is her efficient heal .

I agree with you on what you say, but i wouldnt say that rafaela would be rendered useless when she(floryn) comes out. Rafaela 1st ability is able to reveal "hidden" enemies like natalia or "conceal" and slow them down at the same time. Her 2nd is also a radius heal with the help of a speed boost which makes saving a teamfight rather easier compared to only giving one team member the buff. And her ult, although may not be the best, but she can control the direction of where her stun goes unlike floyrn where her stun only goes to the back of the enemy. Im definitely biased to rafaela HAHAHA but this is just my opinion. Your opinions are welcomed too :D . But all i can say is tht her skill sets deff seems op

I agree, As a support main , this new hero is surely nutty, Imagine you can heal your allies from a safe distance , although the cool down is almost 1 min, but who cares, It is on the player strategy on how to manage that long cooldown skills . for me, her 3rd skill is the most important assets on her . I cant wait for her release on the official server.

Nope. It's just players doesn't know the counters of each support and their strengths. For example: Estes is for enemies that are burst heroes. Floryn is good for melee allies. Rafaela is for those assassins or turret divers or heroes with poor mobility. Angela is for 4protect1 strategy. Minotaur is for tank sustain. Diggie is for crowd control immunity.

Her skills makes her an easy target by enemies then. I would say Angela is better because she have the escape option when she gets cornered, she can just possess a teammate to escape death. But floryn, expect her to be a target especially for aldous and other assasins due to her annoying abilities
