imagine a wood core bat surrounded with a metal outside and covered in line-x. then put a blade in it (like Eric's) and drill a couple holes in the part that goes in the bat, then weld a small piece of metal to the metal inside through the hole in the blade (so it can't fly out). i recon that would obliterate anything. edit: and then fill in any gaps with Flex Glue. the only way the blade will come out then is some serious heat or if the blade itself breaks (maybe have 2 blades next to eachother idk) lowkey wanna make this myslef.
