It was looking rather ragged ngl. I work in fine dining, and attended culinary school etc.. and our Hot/Cold Lines were almost always spotless between dishes, barring some mishap with a spill, or w/e it happens. I understand it's fast-food and of course one can't expect it to be "spotless" but as a customer you'd hope to see some resemblance of cleanliness between tickets/orders. Not to say the food Caleb turns out isn't up to Taco Bell expectations, that's obvious in his approach to actually filling the taco shells, and tortillas with fillings. I can tell he takes pride in his tickets/items prepared for his customers/regulars. Most Taco Bell's hardly fill their tacos and it's ultra disappointing. I do wish the Quesadilla wasn't nearly 5.00 It's more like a $3.50-$4.00 (Chicken/Steak) IMO.

I’ll tell you what. One of my go-to’s is the beefy melt burrito, and it’s just so inconsistent. I’ve had a few where they were the best thing ever, and I’ve had some where it’s just the worst. Hard rice that gets stuck in your teeth, and any meat that’s found is on one side. Half of the burrito will be rice and sour cream. What’s up with that? I get it. These are fast food burritos/tacos, but why such a slap in the face sometimes? I mean we’re still paying for it 🤷‍♂️
