You simply can't, After 200H of game time, you are forced to play with players who have 200-10K hours of gaming, most of them are full talents so you can't do anything. It's ridiculous to mixed players who have 200H gaming with the others. If they were concerned about balance and they don't, they should have lift that. But they won't do that to force you to pay to play by frustration. They are clever but patience is your best Ally in this game.
