Well think of it like this. That formation is the exact same as the 3412 but the two CMs are slightly farther back. AA wants the all around capabilities of Modric and James but likes them to start off a little farther back to receive the ball from the defense and then supply it creatively to the attack

Change to the formation with 3-4-2-1 and have Messi as striker, Ronaldo and Bale LF and RF will get full chem! Also means James and Modric are playing as CM's and not CDM's. Keep the rest the same

You don't need James Rodriguez and modric, you've got enough attacking talent in the front line, replace with Sergio b and khedira

In my opinion first change the formation to 3-4-2-1, then you should swap ramos and pepe, so your best defender is central, after that swap rodriguez for iniesta for a more solid defence, then keep neymar and rodrigo where they are, then place ronaldo and bale as you rf and lf, and messi striker :)
