I decided to buy the Jowua folding mount with the MagSafe phone mount. I liked that the Jowua does not hide part of the control panel now all I need is for my Model Y to arrive so I can start using the mount

@@VicInCommentSection I like it a lot, so easy to adjust so you have full visibility of the touch screen. I have a special “very thin” iPhone case from totallee 0.002” thick clear case. I do no think the normal case would adhere to the magsafe but I never tried it.

I got the magbak but found that the fit is not good with the max versions of the iphone. The phone is too wide so it almost covers the start of the screen showing the speed, light indicators, etc. Now I will have to try and take it off and install it again moving the magbak out a bit which means it doesn't flush nicely with the screen any longer.

I like the temai one but it leaves marks on your dash i find. I have no issues with the jowua one tho so thats my pick :)

I have seen them all. I like it on the mirror because it looks clean and won't fall off. It's not super easy but its a fun task. I did another video so check that out! There are a ton in the bay area just yelp it! OCDetail is a popular one but pricey

So I've been wanting to get a tesla, but the only thing stopping me is that I live in a apt complex n they do not have any charging stations. I found some that are about 15mins from me, but that's where I'm second guessing myself if I should wait till I get a home but don't know that's gonna be. Lol. Depends. We like to stay in our cars and charge so having netflix is important. But you can also use your cell phone as a hot spot if youre paying for that. Other than that, you don't really need it. traffic updates as well but thats what the phone is for

Do not buy any of the JOWUA phone holders if they rely on the 3M adhesive pad to keep it attached to your monitor. The sticky pad will not last. I purchased one that was not the mag mount but the claw. I went through 3 sticky pads and they all failed. JOWUA replaced one of them. After many, many emails back and forth, they said that the sticky pad was a consumable item and that the holder itself was the only thing under warranty. They also said that this sticky pad was suppose to hole 37 pounds. REALLY?! It couldn’t hold my iPhone 10. Based on their reply, I would be on the hook for purchasing a constant supply of sticky pads just to be able to use their holder. I went through 3 of them in less than 5 months. I repeat, DO NOT BUY any JOWUA product that relies on the 3M sticky pad.

Sorry to hear! I prepped my surface and didn’t use the mount for a few hours after. Haven’t had any issues with it falling off after 6-7 months
