I just recently discovered your channel. I was born in Thailand but grew up and live in the US for most of my life. Funny thing is...when Note was showing the essential seasonings like the specific brand of oyster sauce and soy sauce--- I burst out laughing because even in the US my mom ONLY use those seasonings 🤣 I miss Thailand and I am going back to Chiang Mai soon with my husband to reconnect with my family and culture.
