Yeah the upgradable moves need a come back. The OG Kaioken Goku with his x4 blue is still one of my favourite. I think if they really went all out. We could see characters with multiple LF's or Ultimates. For example, a revival LF has a poor LF finish similar to the newest Purple Cell LF (very poor standard). Then on revival they have a good LF. New mechanic on Ultimates, a bit like the tap action on Ultra Vegito Blue ult. But you choose 1 of 2 ultimates, slightly changed animation, and has different effects. Example, 1 does less damage but aoe and one does more damage but nullifies endurance.

I think the main problem with time transformations is that you get some major debuffs after to revert forms which basically makes you dead in the water rather than the bases being bad.

Legends road units have sick animations too. IT goku and Great Saiyaman in particular

1. Unique RR surely costs more money. 2. Self destruct chars are not fire now. 3. Legends road is forgotten and replaced by "Event Exclusive" because Devs focuses on money than doing stories and side chars. 4. Upgradeable Special Moves are not fire now. 5. Other are just forgotten
