Awesome videos you upload normally with great efforts and detailed search on the product specifications. I must suggest there are so many projects of wind related power energy. It is more cheaper then solar and more effective then solar. Till today as per my search. It also not required much space as solar required. Normally those who are living in flats can also install that wind energy system. Hope you can do a deep research on it.

We install large ongrid inverter and a small hybrid hybrid inverter just for light load in case of shortfall . Hybrid inverter is on standby normally and operates only during short fall. More over thier battery life estimate extends

Let me add that one lithium ion (48v,100ah) is equal to 4x 12v,100ah Tall tubular battery but will give you almost double the backup time due to their depth of discharge (DOD). Lithium ion has 95% DOD while TT can safely be discharged only upto 50%.

Good vid, however... 1. Lithium batts must/should be discharged daily atleast down till 80 %soc and kept in an ambient 25 degree environment if you were to expect anything close to a 10 yr life. 2. Wrong perception, lithium batts do not cost more than the grid in usage, rather way less, like i use mine to offset 4 hrs of peak time and then they charge back up in the day. You do the maths. Wet batts have a max dod of 60 percent whereas lithium is around 95. You take out 8 kwh and put in 8.3 to get bk to the same soc. 3. Pls also cover ac/dc coupling, no need to hook up fixed panels to the hybrid inv. Ongrid inv panels can auto switch when AC out. Again, good vid, but I wouldnt recommend any installer since then you are part of whatever goes wrong, if anything. My simple Q's to any installer.... Do you hv a thermal imager? Do you use 8, yes 8 M8 SS or galvanized screws per panel as in all panel manufacturers manual? Jinko/Longi etc will not honor warranty claims if less than 8 M8. Do you even know the torque rating of each bolt involved? Do you have torque drivers/wrenches? 18 ft/lb or in/lb (cant recall which) is what each panel screw needs. 6-8 for nitrox (deye) batt conn. I can go on and on. I havent found a single installer who has all these, hence I dont recommend anyone. I had to get all this done providing my own torque tools imager hydraulic crimper etc. Lastly, that arrestor, is it shading the panels? Did they use a copper strip or 2AWG wire to the ground? The panels inclination is wrong in the sense that over time limescale will accumulate in the lower couple inches. Again, I wouldnt recommend anyone since im partially responsible then. I can mention a dozen other issues but lets keep this short lol. Keep it up.

I'm also planning on sourcing the equipment from market myself and get them installed under my supervision. Might get around the premium on the price charged by the installers besides their own margin. Also wondering if the combination of a large capacity grid tied inverter with supplementary hybrid inverters of nominal capacity for blackout/loadshedding would cost lesser than going all in on a hybrid inverter.

@@belalmir5 If you can, that really is the ideal way to go about it. All details available on the net. If youre in Lahore I can assist you (installation side). Dont go all hybrid, well, you can if you have single phase wiring inside your home, they will change it to a 3 phase green meter but you will still be utilizing 1 phase. If on a 3 phase existing wiring, then hook up one ongrid since they are are tough. We cant afford/get victron or schneider so at best its Deye (Inverex). Its all ODM here, no such thing as local r & d. Also, for the hybrid, you can add dc coupling, that way when the grid goes out, your existing on grid panels (the number you choose as per required mppt V and A of the hybrid) will power up the hybrid via solar. An ATS will be required, can also be changed over manually. I have a 15 kw goodwe and a 8 kw nitrox, nitrox exports at the same time too, just on 1 phase. On grid is a way cheaper solution, it all depends on your budget since prices now a days are ridiculously high and hybrid technology is by no means nearly as reliable as their on grid counterparts but some of the newer ip65 ones are getting very good and come with a 5 year warranty. Budget is a problem, that's why I'm thinking of going through the hassle of doing it myself and putting my engineering knowledge to some good use. I looked for DIY guide online but didn't find any detailed one. Have single phase wiring at home. Which inverter would you suggest for on grid option (say 10kW)? Which series of inverex or Deye? Also I'm thinking of gradually ramping up production by installing solar panels as the budget permits.

I believe the Grid Tied system is connected to the Main, making every gadget/point eligible to run on Solar, provided the Grid is up and running. Therefore, the only wiring that you would be required to do is for the UPS purpose at your selected gadgets/ points. Have a nice day :)

Adding my comments: If one inverter get damaged, you can add the string to the other inverter provided that there are two MPPT in second Inverter if not then it require the panel of the same size and number in order to connect in parallel.

Aik boht bara point hai jo main nay kabhi kisi solar ki video main ni dekha, sab meter ki installation tak ki baat karty hain laikin afsos ki baat yeh hai k pakistan k chotay ilaqay to kia, balkay major city like capital - Islamabad k bhi hisson main transformers ka issue hai, jis ki waja say 3 phase hi ni aa rahay, or wapda nay monkey business kar kay single phase to 3 phase bana k meter main supply di hui hai. Main is musibat ka nishana bana hon, mujay ni pata tha k 3 phase hi ni aa rahay or mera Grid-Tied system install ho kar band para hai, sirf is liye k incompetent wapda, haram khori kar rahay hain, apni zimadari sar anjaam ni de rahay, jis ki waja say transformer ni lag raha, jis ki waja say 3 phase ni aa rahay, jab tak woh ni ayen gay, meter ki application proceed ni ho gi or na hi system run karay ga, as the phases are incomplete. To question yeh ha k kia yeh installers, jin ki meter installation tak ki to rasai hai, kia yeh baki maslay bhi hal kara k dain gay? Claim to inhon nay bhi video main kar dia hai k start say end tak system ki running tak in ki zaimadari hai, would they own this claim. Meray system installer nay to mujay yeh sahulat ni muyassar ki or main millions of rupees spend kar k betha hua hon. I am sorry for ranting but maybe my problem can help others in being precautious. Allah in incompetent Govt employees ko buray anjaam tak pohnchaye
