Deepa I have been doing the same since 38 years it really helps me,and my daughter and my son both do the meal prep too.It makes such a difference in your daily life.some times when I get too many things to do and I do not get motivated to start but then I do make a to do list and start with smallest and easiest thing and as I start crossing thing I have finished, I get motivated.it is hard to balance your life with full time job ,raising kids and house work without any help since I am living in USA since last 40 years. Now I am retired ,kids grown up with their own family and jobs but still do the same.I love your vlogs love to your family.take care❤️🙏🏼
