The cost and no. of days totally depends on your travel style, stay and mode of transport. However, for a economical and best way to explore Meghalaya, I would suggest to rent a two wheeler from Shillong/ Guwahati which will cost you around 700-1500 rs. per day (depending upon the scooter or bike you choose). If you are in a group of 3-4 person, you can also hire a taxi as well. And to explore the places you have mentioned, 5 days will be sufficient. Further, you can also increase or decrease your stay at any of these places as you may like. You can find budget stay at each place.

But again, sabka travel type different hota h like sabko waterfalls me swimming bhi nhi krni hoti.. may be someone just want to see the waterfalls & greenery at its fullest.
