February temperature low but travelling less, because snow will get bottom of hill. In March temperature comfortable but travelling more because snow at top of the hill.

Perfect hai, but January 15-31 Jada snowfall huya road block tha, February 1-6 snowfall Nehi hota hai too road open hone ka possibility hai. app Nathula ghum sakta hai, Snow enjoy korsakta hai.
