These assessment test are based on foreign scenarios like names and scenario they give in test. Why don't they give scenario in indian context what is problem with indian scenario. However these assessment nothing to do with job. While taking calls we generally understand english but these test are bullshit. In past EIC come to india for business and ruled on us and now these mnc are ruling on us. Forcing us to adopt to their environment. Like most of mnc are not giving holiday for our indian festivals and snatching our fundamental rights to celebrate. Foolish todays generation not raising this issue.

These mnc companies are dominating indians like EIC did in past. There assessment tests are in americans accent / slang and forcing us to speak and adopt to there accent. Nobody raising against it. If they conduct assessment test with indian english almost everyone will clear the assessment.
