Actually it is the same thing, you just need to gather NPCs and defeat them like the other elemental fruit such as magma and light.

Actually I would more suggest you to use Buddha for grinding at third sea as the distances between NPCs one by one is far away and it is hard to gather NPCs by using other fruit so I would more suggest you to use Buddha and defeat NPCs one by one.

Actually blizzard isn't good for grinding as its high knockback, I would more suggest you to use Buddha Fruit to grind at Third Sea. But if you would like to use Blizzard for grinding, then I have a combo for you to grinding. Combo: Gathering NPCs by using either fighting styles or any other play styles, then using Blizzard's V X C and Z(Hold) to defeat the NPCs.

Get it from map that spawn a fruit every hour (7.1% change)[Very hard] 4. Just beg for a rubber fruit [Not recommended]
