Namaste sir today's topic is very energetic bcz i saw my father in law was now 78 years old but he is still working as a professor so he is being healthy but same time my father , mother and mother in law also not health bcz of their life still spending with out work . Ofcoure they worked for some years now mentally they fixed physically we are not fit . So I support for my father in law to prepare lunch box etc., That is my pleasure but he is very difficult man he is not hearing others,only what he wants to say that thing only he said and meeting over for that topic, but as per age also he is bigger person in all home and his working place also so all are obeying him sometimes, so pleasE anything share me.
