I found an SS49 Bee this weekend, and I'm wondering if Hasbro is releasing earlier toys like that and POTP Optimus is because of this year being the 40th anniversary, since Bumblebee and Prime are some of the most iconic and best selling figures from what I know. Oh, and I looked up the SS49 in one of those little price kiosks, and it said some other Targets in my area had them too. Initally I thought it was just someone looking through the store stock and being ,"huh. Another Transformer. Let's just put him on the shelf." without noticing it's a slightly older figure.

5:15 you did not disrespect Transmetal 2 Megatron and Skyquake like that. They're easily some of Legacy's best Leaders and I'd be incredibly lucky to ever see them in store because of how popular they are in my area. Dude your stores get so much better stuff then mine. My Target is still in Evolution 😭 and my Walmarts have luckily caught up pretty well, i think they're like a wave behind what should be out now though but it's not bad.
