Nope actually, there are rules to abide with in both competitive online and pro tournments. He throw games in both of those settings, made his pro team lose, trolled around in competitive and started a campaign where he wanted others to throw and troll around in compettive games calling it the OW ISIS which the naming itself is crossing the line already. Any person would get banned if they break these simple rules.
