My father is from lucknow and mother from mumbai .. this train has always been a part of my growing up as it always got our families together between these cities. after low cost airlines, dependence on this train has reduced but this train has been a part of our families story for more than 35+ years.

I'm a regular traveler between Mumbai and Unnao as I do have a home there. I have used this train ever since it started in 1989. Before that we used Kushinagar Ex. Don't miss the Kasara Ghat section monsoon.

I have a lot of memories attached to this train when this train used to run in blue ICF coaches, there was something else altogether. At the age of 15, I and my family were travelling by Pushpak Express but the ticket was not confirmed. At the end of this train there used to be a separate coach for handicapped people. It was time for train departure, papa told the guard that we should sit in the handicapped coach as our ticket was not confirmed. The train had already departed, the guard uncle made the driver stop for just 20 seconds on the walkie-talkie and we all sat in the train. Thanks to that guard uncle, there are more ahead but I will tell you about it some other time when I get a chance.

Muze yaad hai, Aaj se 25 years back, jab main Bhopal me padha karta tha, to mere kuchh UP (Kanpur) ke ladke dost ban gaye the, voh hamesha isi Pushpak train ki batein kiya karte the. Us samay is train me reservation pa lena, ek bahut badhi achievement hua karti thi. Maine pura video dekha, Purani yaadein taza ho gayi...

मुम्बई लखनऊ पुष्पक से journey बहुत अच्छी लगी। मैं मुम्बई से हूँ और इस ट्रैन से कानपुर तक बहुत सफर किया है लेकिन करीब 2013-14 तक ये ट्रैन बहुत clean और punchual हुआ करती थी। खाना भी बहुत अच्छे से सर्व होता था। उस समय मुम्बई से 8.20 AM पर चलकर कानपुर प्रातः 6.40 पर पहुँचती थी। खैर अब तो ट्रैन खान पान से लेकर सफाई तक सब कुछ सत्यानाश हो चुका है।

Meri fav train Phuspak exp.kyuki mera native place lucknow hai to mostly mai isi train se travel karta ho.phuspak ki puri train ko full Ac coach me bht jaldi hi convert kar diya jayega.isme ab jo bache hue 5 normal sleeper coach hai hai wo hath jayenge or general coach bhi aisa sunne me aya hai.
