Wish I were there! I will take all the flowerpots. I have plants all over my place for good energy. I enjoy and envy you guys. We dont have trash picking where I live. Only recycling plastic bottles and cardboard. That we leave for the poor guys who live off it. Keep up the good work. Enjoyed visiting with you again. Similar thing happened to my kee kat Squeaker when she was 17, but she adapted pretty well for about a year, stumbled at first but then got around ok. Built stairways out of furniture cushions so she could get up and down on the couch and bed. Miss her.

Elizabeth here from UK - the small wooden table is an old fashioned telephone table. The Directory went in the slot and the phone on top. A cushion would have been placed on the seat.

Watching you pick up the Pyrex Lids but the baskets the long square ones are the baskets that the Pyrex dishes fit in and it makes them a lot more expensive. Sometimes they have fruit on them

"Starlet" seems to be some popular design from back in the day 50s/60s. I have starlet forks and spoons and i see that pattern on quite a few things. Movie prop people could use that Schwinn. Thoughts and prayers for you all for your kitty...pets are such heartbreakers!

That weird shaped basket sits on the bottom 2steps of a staircase, as you collect things that need to be taken upstairs...put the items in that basket and at the end of the day you carry that basket upstairs and unload it. The morning put the basket back on 2 lowest steps. Saves alot of trips up those stairs during the day.

Sorry about Freckles. One of mine, a cat named Max, had a stroke years ago now. He was 15. I had to put down two other cats a few years back. It's never easy, but when they're old and sick sometimes you have to.

Dude, Freckles reminds me of our kitty Mittens. We had her for 18 years and she was our first fur baby... it was a totally heavy day when we had to say goodbye. She also was not doing well and we made the decision not to be "selfish" by letting her suffer everyday just so we could keep her longer... prayers for your family as it is tough saying goodbye to our fur babies!
