Scott viva signature cloth paper towels stick together. They are good for traveling and using on a picnic table when it is windy.

Your filming is awesome! I want to tell you I’m a native Californian lived worked married had my kids in Tahoe, worked for national park service in Yellowstone for a number of years as well as a career elementary teacher in Las Vegas. We now live in salt lake area to be close to grandchildren and then the pandemic hit. Your videos have kept us going here. We bought the same bikes and then a small tab trailer. But unfortunately health did not go our way so I live right now thru your videos and I follow a lot. Your adventures take me places I might not ever get to see. Thank you so much❤Lisa

I so enjoy your adventures and the info you share 🙂 Paper towel unrolling while driving...I squish the roll, so the cardboard tube is no longer round...just by doing that it doesn't get the momentum to unroll. Safe travels & many adventures.

On travel days we clip about 1/4 inch of the towels together with one of those metal office clips. In stationary mode, we store the clip on the bungee that serves as our paper towel roll. Works great!

I took a thin elastic/ bunge cord and made a loop with a cord toggle to put around my paper towels in my trailer to stop them from unwinding, I can also take the roll outside to use. Love your videos.

The 395 - one of my favorite areas! I know I went to the fish hatchery way back in my Mammoth skiing days, but I don’t remember that building. That was the worst paper towel unrolling ever 😂 I just set mine in a bin at the back of my counter now.

I have been a California girl most of my life living in Los Angeles and then the San Francisco Bay area. Finally at 65 I am going to launch my long-term road trip next year and the first thing I want to do is explore my own state. So much I have not seen especially on the Eastern side. This is a great video and well done. Reminds me how much there is to see right in my own state and I could probably spend a year just exploring here..

Thanks for the fun video. As many times in my life that I have been to the Eastern Sierras there is still more to see. I think I have been to the fish hatchery in the late 1950's as a young girl with my parents. I was in the Sierras about the same time. My friend and I camped up at Twin Lakes, Bridgeport and Brown's campground north of Bishop. More places on my bucket list.

Thanks for the memories! I grew up in China Lake (Ridgecrest) and spent my childhood camping in the Eastern Sierras. Back then I hated LA water and Power for stealing all the water from the area, but now as I’m much older, I’ve come to realize they also bought up a lot of the land too, keeping it from being developed and keeping it wild. I’ve appreciated that. Always a fan of yours.

Exactly! Water would have meant over development and habitat destruction. My cousin was CO of China Lake NWS back in the ‘80’s.

Debbie, we got a call yesterday our Silver Transit Van will be made January 20th. With shipping we expect to see it early spring. FYI. I Tweeted at Ford Motor Company, someone asked me for my order number, and 24 hours later my dealer called me with the production date. You may want to try that. Pm them to watch your episode when you talk about your order bring on hold. Can't hurt. Good luck!
@FromShetoMe2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the tip. Ford says our order was closed out. The dealer says it is still an order. We don’t know what to think. Very frustrating but we have an appointment on Sunday with a different dealer who has a van on his lot.

I would like to know if your mosquito screens came with your van, or if you added them later. I modified some from screens I ordered on Amazon, but I don't know if they'll survive for the long haul.
