It looks like the paint is coming off a lot, are you rough with it or is that something customers should know about?

I would call this normal wear and tear. 😊 Especially on the metal Parts rubbing against eachother.

This looks to have some sort of auto counterbalance feature. How much weight can you have on it before that counterbalance becomes useless?
