Out of all of the videos and shots of theirs that I’ve seen, this is their best shot. Yeah, the shots from hundreds of meters up are insane, but they took so many attempts. From the difficulty of getting the ship that close, the limited amount of attempts , and the location, that was the best shot they’ve had.

This is truly ridiculous! The amount of people it probably took to coordinate all of this, the level of danger for the ship captain, and the very few attempts (relatively speaking) it took to sink the shot is truly amazing. The last decade and a half of my life taking some uh... "unique" shots... has taught me that sometimes fate has it for you that your reward for having done something rather remarkable will be for you to enjoy that moment for yourself. That the moment of notoriety isn't celebrated at large to its proper glory. And while that may well be unjust and sad, at least one can savor that moment for oneself and say yes, that happened and it was grand. And while I'm glad this vid finally got to 50k (and really should have far far higher) and I'm glad I was able to enjoy the moment 2 years after the fact, for me it teaches the grander lesson to me specifically at least -- one may not ever get the recognition one thinks they deserve, but at least THEY know what they've done and can take heart and satisfaction in knowing that. And now I can too. Cheers to the lads! I salute you!
