It’s weird I suffer from horrible anxiety and panic attacks and have been put on numerous meds like Xanax clonapin and eventually only clonapin would help now you would think listening to these stories would increase my anxiety but to my surprise it’s actually not the case at all IT HELPS IT so now when I feel that tightness in my chest and my body begin to get hot and my throat close off I grab a cup of hot tea my phone and ear buds I turn your channel on and within 10 minutes I’m relaxed and feeling better, I’m now off all meds and I honest have you to thank for this you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough lots of love 💕

Hey be. Busta! I'm happy I found this video now! I wanted to say for the past few years I've really had trouble sleeping. And after some slightly traumatizing stuff, my sleep was even less. At best I got 3 hours a night and I'm only 16 now. But when I found your channel I started getting 8+ hours of sleep again! I was genuinely surprised that scary stories helped me sleep, but it does! So last night I fell asleep listening to these stories and at one point woke up stuck to my bed unable to move my limbs and hallucinating that there was a guy pinning me down by my chest and I could feel and smell his breath on my face. I couldn't move or speak and the only noise I could hear was a strange low continues groan which I eventually realised was coming from me. 😧😧 By the time I finally came out of it I was absolutely petrified thinking that it had actually happened and was too scared to close my eyes. I finally tuned into this again and you were on a sleep paralysis story. Thanks!! It must have been a good horror story since you managed to scare my sleeping self right into my own sleep paralysis nightmare. 😂😂😂😂 Please let's not do that again. 😨😱☠👻

Same here it seems like itd do the opposite but when I feel scared and like theres nothing to be scared of it makes it worse, when I have something to be scared of at least I don't feel crazy on top of everything else.
