To be honest both JSU and SU tuba sections be pushing watts SU is just now finding that growl they're supposed to have and i love that for them but as for JSU they can have 7 tubas and sound like 40 i love the energy these to monsters of the SWAC create for each other

Awesome videos, I definitely think you should keep making this type of content. There is a gap in this type of content on youtube (recording tuba sections specifically in the way you do) and if you keep getting the stand recordings, and add some other stuff like mabe tuba battles, section interviews, specific Fanfare recordings etc... this page gone take off man!😎 if I can offer an improvement, get higher quality recording equipment. A good camera and a solid mic so that your stuff looks professional and so that each section you record, gets a fair shot at sounding their best. That and make sure you are trying to post sections when they are doing their best... an extremely bad clip can hurt a schools recruiting and reputation, and we all should what to see each section shine at the end of the day.🙌🤝✨️ for example, I graduated from Alcorn, but I got love Jackson States tuba section man. They are legit and thats me keeping it 💯 basically if a section sounds good and they are on it, then call it what it is, and try to learn something from what they are doing😎 and if you see a section is in need of improvement, dont kick them while they are down, help them🤝
