Even though this match was for sure of great significance in the title race and these teams are arch-rivals, it's just so heart-warming to see the human element as well. Jürgen and Pep hugging at the beginning, Szoboszlai and Haaland hugging and laughing with each other after it was over... Regardless of the pen not given at the end, and a lot of missed chances, this was an incredible game, and we can be proud of these guys, they poured their souls into trying to win.

Diaz was unplayable. Even though he missed a couple of chances, the City players are still having nightmares now. What a player. Endo and Mc were solid. The keeper didn't freeze on the big day. I could go through the whole team and give praise to them all. Good result to be fair. City had big chances too. The players have really stood up these last couple of months with the injuries we have. It's looking brighter every day. Great match played by 2 great teams.

Not enough comments about Harvey - the shift he put in 2nd half, his work rate off the ball, his fitness after the minutes he’s had to play the past few weeks.
