Certainly not cheating but smurfing I would say yes. I cant believe, even on solo (which means he would play against 3-4 stars) , that his clip with the hatchet kill would be possible so easily (Im always between 3-4 stars myself and I can say that he would be shot instantly at least 2-3 times by playing this slow versus one dude in this configuration)
