Warranty claim is in very rare scenario if your pencil fails and that is a rare case and I think it is the similar case with amazon basics as well so it’s your call to go with any one of these both are almost the same. Regarding battery life it is good I usually charge it once in 4 days 2-3hrs approx use daily

Well it depends upon the usage since you have a lot and you are feeling it a bit rough so you can change it, it’s better advised to change it else it will start scratching the tempered glass or display
