It's more like "focusing on hit in pve is useless since you don't need a lot to always hit, ofc you will need some but its rly a low amount"

I saw a guide that recommends to trait all blue gear before transferring to purple, do you agree with this? They said by doing this you get like 900 prayer blessings for your purple gear which saves you lucent long term, is it worth fully traiting blues first?

Yes, I also saw some guides on this, a maxed out blue will give you a +6 purple and will save a lot of pain in the ass grinding.
