Got the same steam suana it will give you hell of sweat and I only had on P6 .The drawback with this is the chair it didn't last 6 months before the material started to break away from the chair frame from the heat.No problem I brought a better one from Amazon..Other than that this is a good steam sauna. After use, I air it out and i use Lysol wipes to clean the inside of the sauna.

Hi there, thank you for your reviews on this. I am grateful to see affordable options for something that is so beneficial. I do have free knowledge to share if you are doing this longt-erm based off my Ayurvedic background. First off, the head and groin areas are not to be heated, and that''s what is great about this unit is that the head is out of the tent. To keep these areas cool, use a cool wash towel and cover the groin and head areas. Secondly, after setting up the sauna and waiting for it to warm up (15 min), It would be beneficial to apply oil (coconut, almond, sunflower, or sesame oil are all nice) to your body, covering all skin to protect the body from heat exposure and keep the body from getting to dry. Too much sweating can lead to internal dryness, so have a well moist diet, lots of oils, and drink much water to balance this. I plan to order this unit and incorporate this into my healing practice. Thank you,

We use a spray bottle of half water and white distilled vinegar with drips of lavender essential oil (therapeutic grade only) and wipe it down after every use and let celikkng fan blow it dry and take chair out too as well as may to spray down as it will stink after each use due to toxins emitted via our sweat! 🤣 we put the mat over the top to drip down onto a thick towel we fold up on the floor as it’s full of your perspiration and toxins too! We spray that as well and once a week hang out to dry in the sun on a clothes line we have put up…

I turn mine upside down over the bath, and spray it out with the detachable shower head. Occasionally I will take it outside and hose it/clean it more thoroughly then dry in the sun. It's never been a problem.
