Being from the UK I've been on the Harrier train for a while, my first running vest was their 5L one which is absolutely fantastic! Their socks are great too, and the poles are ony wish-list. They really are by trail runners, for trail runners - we get a lot of wind and rain here in the UK so im not surprised they knocked it out the park with this! Definitely pick one up when my current one dies :)

The venting is key. Usually i get water running out of my sleeves from inside due to a lack of interior venting.

38-39” I believe off the top of my head. I got a large. I went by the size guide on the website
