Wickes do a 12mm thick laminate worktop that is bonded under high pressure. Great to cut and glue and it’s fairly lightweight. Apparently it’s very hard wearing as well. Me and my son are just about to use it on both our new kitchens. It is available cheaper on other online sites.

Great as usual. Looks like you have chosen 'warm white' LEDs, about two years ago I have gone to 'cool white', it is better light for seeing anything and much less attraction to insects, has been a bonus. They are the middle of the road ones they do here called day light so they aren’t the super white light ones or the yellow light ones in the middle, they do show up a bit yellow in this but much nicer in real life. Just thought I'd let you know what the difference is between blue bosch and green bosch, blue is trade meant for 8hrs a day green is for DIY 80 hrs a year gears bushes etc far better quality. Tip for you when it comes to spray painting walls and cabinets. Once sprayed, go over it with a roller. It adds texture and makes touch-ups much more difficult to spot.

I use a milwaukee M12 rivet gun for work, on a daily basis. Great bit of kit, my set came with 2x 4ah batteries. Those batteries last for ages before a charge is required

Quick question for John, aka Guy :) will you be fitting an engine pre heater before you artic trip. Check out Alex at mispronounced adventures. He has done 2 winter trips to the artic in a 2 wheel drive transit with temperatures as low as - 30 and managed to freeze his coolant. Vans looking awsome. Ged x

Wow I am Shocked to my core with Jess's Tool Talk Tuesday! I am seriously thinking of unsubbing if that carries on! I am now going on a long drive to find an Axminster tool showroom too bring back some calm to my shocked core. We wouldn't mind a 45 minute video as they go by so fast. I don't like the captive nuts that you have used as I have had them spin. there is a trick of adding a small screws to lock them in. I tend to use the threaded insert, and had no issues with them. The Over Spray on those Wagners is nuts, I have one that I used to spray my cabinets I build to replace one of our kitchens with as we had sort of two when we moved in to our house. One is now used as a bar and storage cupboards. I have never been brave enough to use it on the walls either. I did use it last to spray the walls of the Garden Room I built last year for the Wife. Looking forward to the next video next week.

Your videos randomly popped up a couple of weeks ago when I was at home ill.....I'm hooked!! Love a bit of TTT (I'm locked into DeWalt...but Milwaukee are great tools! I would get some but too many chargers!). Thanks to to guys I'm now planning my own conversion 😬😬 . Would love some more in depth vids on the plumbing (inc gas). Also super appreciate all the little tips and tricks, much better than watching the usual boring time lapse videos that everyone else does.

You guys are such a joy to watch. I woke up this morning, had a quick glance on KZbin and saw your first in this series. I thought I'd give it a bit of a watch before getting on with the day. I'm now over 2 hours in, haven't eaten or drunk anything yet, and have no regrets. I want to do something very similar (although possibly with a service bus) and watching this has been fascinating. 10/10 videography and excellent presentation too.
