The artifacts stick to blocks like item frames. I'd recommend putting the artifact altar against a wall so you can put the artifacts in the right spots. They'll highlight as red if they're in the wrong spot.

your inventory system makes me so happy. i love a good sorting! also there's a benefit to conquering dungeons. if you manage to loot the entire dungeon and defeat all the enemies, i think you'll lean something new!

i'd finally started playing this in update 9, after watching so much of others playing up to that point. always like seeing how to different set up base infrastructure since we don't have a lot of modded experience, very cool :) RE Block Lighting, there is a setting in the mini map configs, iirc under "info lines" that puts block lighting values for what you're standing on, nice and unobtrusive under the mini map. VH needs the minihud lighting toggle!

There are glass item frames in the game where the frame itself disappears when you put an item on them. You can also use a glow sack on it to make the item glow. Great for ID'ing chests or just decorations if you choose to use it. GG!

Too many items in chests to be using them there imo. but did have them up for other items already. They're also already on the gear chests at the back of my new storage room. So handy - but also exactly the same as the ones on HC now as we already make those invisible too :D

Echo gems can spawn as Echo Ores, the "treasure sand" label simply means that the Treasure Sand is the only Loot Table that contains Echo Gems as a possible drop. Ores aren't included because they aren't "loot tables".

I think that omega sword you bought looks really good. Between the extra attack speed, poison cloud, and chaining, it'll make up for its lower damage easily. Of course there's the extra revive cost, but I wouldn't worry too much about that because you're a pro!

Awesome episode! I can't believe you're the first to get Refined Storage on the server. Definitely worth it. And only @ Level 25! Super Hunter over here. I think one of the reasons why Hypno does so much damage is that he has Thorns on his armour. But yeah, disappointing Omega Sword on that damage roll :( Hopefully you can salvage it though. I really like your tower in the sky being your storage system instead of it being underground. It's so refreshing to see. And hurray for Scav vaults! I am looking forward to collab Cake Vaults :D Just a suggestion for editing for Monoliths: if it's not too much trouble, could you show yourself clicking the Monoliths each time? It doesn't have to be a talky clip, just a short sizzle; I felt a little disoriented when you would have a certain number of Monoliths left to light and all of a sudden you only had 3 left and then you had none left. I feel like we lose out on that journey. Looking forward to more streams and episodes, whatever flavour you prefer! I don't know why I've been craving VH so much lately. I hope the less active players come back on soon too.

ty - yeah, everyone told me not to rush refined, but makes sense when i've been gaining knowledge quicker than normal. Very nice to be able to just throw everything in one place imo. And defintely working towards more damage soon - saves so much time being a one hit kill. And scav / cakes are gonna be so fun with others!! Will try and edit the monoliths better yeah. Apologies!

@@FalseSymmetry After seeing Etho's latest episode today, the craving is there even more to see you run vaults with him xD He needs so much help hahaha The poor guy is placing down shulker boxes to put stuff from his inventory into them. And he doesn't know how to use the Brain memory for pouches so he has one of everything in his pouch xD It's really fun to watch especially because he's having fun in his 'ignorance is bliss' phase. Also, he found an omega pirate coin room. This guy with all the luck. smh

If you made your way down that dungeon you would find a champion at the end with good loot, and also a chance to find a alchemy recherch thingy for a better potion upgrade. I saw there where a idol for trade in that village room, and i thought Iskall removed them from the game with the 3.12 update så i don't think that was supposed to be there. You might wanna let him know about that .

talk about spoilers, but I know as I read that quest. But maybe just give a hint to others about that and not the full blown thing 😂 You mean vendor, as a village room is the one with a literal village in it - but i'd assume they'd know vendors are still in, they've just made them pricier.

I don't know if anyone's mentioned it but you could use a pressure plate and move the storage system so that when you stand on the pressure plate it Powers the unit so that you can use it and then you just walk off and you don't have to worry about having to flip a lever

I think it is better to link up refined storage to a colossal chest and a drawer system so you dont have to craft the pricey disks. A single 5x5 wooden Colossal chest can store items till lvl 60 easily. I just upgraded my chest from wooden directly into obsidian xd cause i know that if i use the template i would get back ingrediens. And i did not want to craft everything 2x xd.

I'm almost level 60 abd didn't got the wind yet, and you got in the first try. it's great but just because of the extra armor, but because of the extra modifiers you can have, AND a elytra.

Hay False you shouldn't jump when useing a vault weapons it negate any extra modafires like attack speed and chaining. You should ask Iskall for a complete list and explanation

Believe there's a chance in vaults - 5% currently. But also treasure chests. But not 100%

To make vault tools you need to use Jewels and the 3 Jewel tables - you can look in JEI for which ones. Quests help you get there - just collect Jewels until then :)

If you have bulk items keep them in the chest. And the non stackable ones in the chest so your discs do not fill up so fast just keep small amount of items in it

I'm pretty sure discs count per item - so stackable or not, it doesn't matter? Unless that is different than it used to be..

...yeah. hence the leveling up so quick. But there are lower and higher modes depending on play style :) Keeping Vault levels low helps for those that aren't so comfortable early on - so make Pearls / extra Crystals before Level 10 etc.
