The best way to watch Kaluhi's video at this hour is by opening your lunch box and eating as you watch her do her thing. She about to make us more hungry.

Kaluhi...I totatlly agree the browning on the onions and using your own whole spices makes a world of a difference... Also I do the same thing with whatever cup I use, it makes measuring so much easier... P.S Vikombe ya thermos come in handy! LOL

I love your videos! I'm watching from New York City (Kenyan-American). This pilau looks fire and I love that is veg. If possible can you make a video about the portions you use to for your whole marsala spice blend? It would be so helpful. I'd love to know how you do this differently for meat versus veg. Again, I LOVE your content. Please keep doing what you are doing.

Hi, do you wet the spices before you grind them? or you just grind in their dry state? Talking about the whole pilau masala
@lilianwt15 жыл бұрын
No need to wet. A spice or coffee grinder grinds them dry.

@Kaluhiskitchen6 жыл бұрын
Lilian Wambua i have explained in the video how you can make all meaty pilaus using this recipe. Its pretty much the same thing only difference is the point at which you add your meat
