you need 3 stacks and you need to use your judgement cut while it's on cooldown

Well, it really just depends on practice, try remembering an estimate on how long it takes for the blade barrage to end, then you try to flick your camera away as fast as you can. Just remember that doin' it too early may lead to the enemy being able to block/run, and doin' it too late will cause the end part to hit.
