The singer you asked about, not sure if he was new, is Bae Doo Hoon who is their baritone tenor. He was the dominant/first singer in Despacito. BUT like the counter tenor, his voice and appearance often changes. He makes Despacito, Shape Of You and Je Suis Malade the gorgeous covers they are.
