This theme belongs to the battle had with Neclord from game one. That fight was THE SHOWDOWN of the whole-ass game. He folds like 1-ply in the sequel. 😢

IDK man. He was a tough boss fight for me my first playthrough, dying multiple times. Especially since you have to fight that giant rock golem first, and then Neclord. When you know what you're up to, it gets easy, but he's not weak here.

My group always included Tengaar and Hix for old times sake for that dungeon/battle, Tengaar was great with a Water/Flowing Rune, put a Double-Beat Rune on Hix and Viktor, I gave Viktor Sierra's Waking Rune as well, EASY battle.

@@liberifatali6975 This fight would end for me halfway into the 2nd round. Last go-by, I used a party of Hero, L.C. Chan, Viktor, Hero McDohl, Nanami, and Killey. Hero, Nanami, and Killey all had Double-Beat Runes (Hero and Killey also had Double-Attack Runes). Nanami strikes...twice.... Hero strikes...twice. L.C. Chan uses White Tiger Rune... McDohl used Soul Eater (Judgement), Killey attacks...twice, then Viktor attacks. 2nd round, Neclord dead after hero's 2nd attack.

No. He was cake, the "difficulty" is in the fact that you have to cross a dungeon and fight another boss without healing before confronting him.
